These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as Agreement) govern the legal relationship between MARITIME INNOVATORS PRIVATE LIMITED, India (hereinafter referred to as Maritime Innovators) and the end users / players.

 

These Terms, contain provisions that define your limits, legal rights and obligations with respect to your use of and participation in (i) the Maritime Innovators website and mobile application, including any advertisements, forums, various email functions and Internet links, and all content and Maritime Innovators services available through the domain and sub-domains of Maritime Innovators located at https://maritimegame.com/ (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Website”)

 

All references to “you” or “your”, as applicable, shall mean the person that accesses, uses, and/or participates in the Website in any manner. If you become a Registered Member (as defined below) on behalf of any legal person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such legal person and your acceptance of the Terms will be deemed an acceptance by that legal person and “you” and “your” herein shall refer to that legal person.

PAYMENTS

In order to make payments for Cash Contests/Tournaments (“Paid Games”) and other such paid services, you will be required to send money to us and may be required to receive money from us. To process such financial transactions, we may use third-party electronic payment gateways (PGs). As required, you permanently authorize us to instruct such PGs to handle Account deposits and withdrawals from your Account. You also permanently agree that in accordance with your requests, as submitted, we may give such instructions on your behalf.

 

You agree to be certain by the terms and conditions of use of each appropriate PG. In the event of conflict between this Agreement and the PG's terms and conditions, this Agreement shall prevail.

 

All transactions on the website must be conducted in Indian Rupees.

The Company is not liable for any potential winnings from any unfinished Paid Games.

 

The Company does not represent or warrant that continuous, error free, secure or virus free operation of the website or its content including software, games, your account or continued operation or availability of any facility on the website will be provided and defects, if any, in the website will be corrected.

 

The Company does not represent or warrant that the data, results and information within the website will be correct, accurate, adequate, useful, reliable or otherwise; and that the website will meet your needs, requirements or expectations.

 

However, the state laws of Karnataka, Meghalaya, Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland,Tamil Nadu, Arunachal Pradesh, and Telangana do not permit playing online rummy for real money. Therefore, we do not allow players residing in or logging in from the aforementioned states to play cash rummy games on its platform.Players residing in these states can still play free practice games on the platform.

 

Customer can wish to get refund and raise a request within 3 days of booking, and post checking the case, we will approve the status of refund.

Once refund gets approved, it will be processed in 2 business days and will be credited to original mode of payment in 5-7 business days.
